Meet your regional representatives

CDI Regional Reps are members who volunteer to lead networking and professional development activities in their local area, connecting career development professionals working in different areas of practice, hosting regular events to bring people together and acting as a feedback mechanism into the CDI on issues affecting members, whether to do with the CDI specifically or the profession more widely.

His work has included individuals and groups effectively obtaining employment, apprenticeship, internship, university and further education courses and work experience placements. His three key values are: making a difference to those who need his support; delivering quality service; and possessing a positive attitude, which partly explains his reasons for being a CDI member.

He created a 30 minute film called S.A.F.E. (Support After Formal Education) to support NEET and potential NEET young people, shown in many schools and colleges. He has also been a guest on BBC local radio talking about the careers and employability support available to young people and has written careers and employability articles in a local newspaper in Reading.
