Promoting the sector in Wales

Since January 2018, we have been running the CDI Cymru Wales Career Development Forum. Aimed at senior representatives and practitioners cross the career development sector, the Forum has three pillars to focus its activities:

  • Acting as the Professional Voice for the sector
  • Sharing Best Practice and Research
  • Enhancing Quality, Professionalism and Workforce Development

You can read more about the work of the Forum and access minutes and presentations made to the Forum here.

If you would like to get involved in the work of the Forum, please contact Carolyn.

CPD webinars and training events

CPD activities are part of your membership benefits and you can join a wide range of free webinars available to all members. These include specific webinars for members in Wales, covering topics relevant to those working in the Principality. You can access recordings of previous webinars via the Members’ Area of the website.

We also hold live training and networking events, so look out for those on the Training and Events page

As always, we welcome suggestions for new webinars and training from individual and organisational members.
