The CDI produces a range of materials to help support your career and continuous development, and all of these resources are available to access as part of your membership package. However, we also encourage members to submit other resources that they feel are valuable, which we include within the resources library where appropriate.

With the general election on 4th July 2024, the CDI have reviewed the manifestos of the main political parties to highlight their likely impact on career development - updated with Northern Ireland manifestos.

There is now a great choice of digital tools available to use either in your own work or to enrich your work with clients. Here you will find a range of options, both those developed through the CDI and those created independently that come recommended by CDI members. 

matrix is an international quality standard and helps organisations improve their IAG provision through benchmarking against best practice and with accreditation for those who's services meet the criteria of the full standard.

This free tool for CDI members offers a simple assessment of digital confidence. Use it once or annually as a regular review of your CPD. It presents 16 workplace scenarios for you to rate how confident you are in the digital skills needed. You'll receive a report giving scores and resources to help develop your digital skills further.

As part of its governance as a company and professional body, the CDI holds an Annual general meeting (AGM), usually each December. This is an opportunity for the CDI membership to hear from the CDI leadership, including the President and Directors, the Chief Executive and the Chair of the Ethics and Professional Standards Committee.
